Launched in June 2023, with the goal of enhancing user experience for RIU customers in the US, as well as boosting conversions and revenue, the partnership has delivered significant business outcomes. Bringing customers’ conversations into the RIU website through the Joyned platform has driven an 11% increase in revenue.
Thanks to Joyned’s social revenue technology, users can seamlessly collaborate and discuss their travel plans directly on the RIU website in a secure, private space. While some RIU customers invited their friends and family to discuss and book their next holiday together, others leveraged Joyned as a centralized tool for planning their solo trips.
Joyned transforms the travel planning experience by enhancing the booking process for users while also providing vendors with crucial data-driven insights into group dynamics, conversations, and intent. For RIU, this led to a remarkable surge in key metrics: a 4.8x increase in conversion rate, a 5.3x boost in ARPU, and a 16% growth in average deal value.
