Celebrating success: Joyned’s 2024 journey so far

Reflecting on Joyned’s remarkable achievements, the first six months of the year have certainly been busy, filled with milestones, progress, and industry recognition, all accelerating Joyned’s mission to redefine the trip booking experience.

Several leading brands have deployed Joyned social revenue technologies and are already seeing a significant impact on their businesses. Volunteer World, Olympic Holidays, TravelUp, NexusTours, and RIU hotels are a few of the industry trailblazers that harness the power of social revenue technologies.

With a strong presence at industry events such as Fitur International Tourism Trade Fair, ITB Berlin, TravelTech Show, and Phocuswright Europe, we’ve created fantastic connections with industry leaders and propelled the message of social revenue technologies.

It was a real honor to return to Barcelona as hosts of an industry roundtable for the second year in a row, this time focused on traveler behavior. Joyned’s Co-Founder Jonathan Abraham discussed how to boost conversions, loyalty, and lifetime value alongside Matt Bradford, Industry Communications and Strategic Insights Lead at Skyscanner, Dr. Wolfgang Krips, SVP Corporate Strategy at Amadeus IT Group SA, and Alicia Schmid, Director of Research representing Phocuswright.

Joyned has been listed in TechRound’s AITech35 competition, celebrating the entrepreneurs and companies at the forefront of AI advancement. In addition, the company has been shortlisted for the Best SaaS Product for Loyalty and Retention Award at the SaaS Awards 2024. This further underscores Joyned’s unwavering commitment to excellence in creating solutions that bring tangible results to our customers by enhancing user experience and fostering loyalty.

Launched in May, Joyned’s AI Planner is the latest addition to its social revenue platform, harnessing developments in AI and big data that enable travel and hospitality vendors to elevate personalization and deliver superior experiences for their end-users.

By providing on-the-spot information to users’ most common booking questions, it fosters better on-site collaboration, maximizing satisfaction and revenue at the same time. With Joyned’s AI Planner, vendors can increase customer conversions by up to 4x and maximize revenue through a 3x increase in Average Revenue per User (ARPU).

Looking ahead to the rest of 2024, Joyned remains committed to forging a better, more collaborative, and personalized booking experience for the travel industry.
